Control and connections
Connect Acerite with other systems

Common business use cases
- Google Business Profile: receive reviews and publish approved replies.
- CRM: connect a permitted recovery case to the right customer record.
- ERP or operations system: create or update accountable follow-up work.
- WhatsApp or SMS: send approved service communication when sender registration and consent are valid.
- Webhooks: notify an internal system when an approved Acerite event happens.
Connect in a controlled order
- 1
Define the business purpose
Write down what information needs to move and what outcome it supports.
- 2
Start with the smallest access
Use read-only or minimum permissions while identity and data mapping are verified.
- 3
Match the records
Confirm how Acerite businesses, locations, customers, and actions correspond to the other system.
- 4
Test with safe records
Verify success, duplicates, permission errors, and unavailable-system behavior.
- 5
Enable only required actions
Turn on writes or customer communication only after the business owner approves the tested workflow.
WhatsApp and SMS need more than account credit
A funded messaging account cannot send production messages by itself. The provider may also require an approved sender or number, business verification, templates for certain message types, and country-specific registration.
The business must also have a permitted reason and valid customer consent for the message. Acerite should remain inactive when any of these requirements is missing.
